We want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all hair extensions provided the security seal remains intact and the hair has not been worn. Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for products that have been removed from their original packaging or handled.

Return Process

  Check the Security Seal

  Before opening your package, inspect the hair through the clear window to ensure the color and length are correct; returns are only valid if the gold security ties and seal are unbroken.

  Request a Return Authorization

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely place the extensions in their original branded packaging and include a note with your RMA number inside a protective mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your parcel back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service, as RiRi Hair Extensions is not responsible for any items lost or delayed in the mail.
